Nylon base is used in camouflage nets in cases where a large mesh is needed or it needs to be stretched, for military purposes, as well as in strong gusts of wind. The standard size of a camouflage net is based on 2.4x6 or 3x6 meters. If a larger size is required, the grid elements can be connected to each other.
The warp consists of threads tied into a knot with a cell in the form of a rhombus or square measuring from 50x50 to 100x100 mm. The diameter of the nylon thread is 1.2 mm. The breaking load of one thread is 30 kg.
We must stretch a nylon cord with a diameter of 5 mm around the perimeter, and with loops for tension in the corners of the mesh.
