The warranty period for goods ranges from 1 month to 2 years. The deadlines for each product are indicated for each product separately. The warranty does not cover defects associated with mechanical damage caused by incorrect or careless operation. Changes in the color of fabric or other material under the influence of precipitation and ultraviolet radiation (solar radiation) are not covered by warranty.

Warranty periods for goods according to p. II Article 7 Clause 2 of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”:
Camouflage nets based on nylon:
- 180 days from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Camouflage nets without base:
- 90 days from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Shading nets:
- 180 days from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Protective awnings (polyethylene, tarpaulin):
- 30 days from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Military awnings:
- 90 days from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Cords, ropes, backpacks:
- 30 days from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Disc cases:
- 1 year from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
Tire covers:
- 2 years from the date of sale or from the date of receipt of the goods.
According to r.I art. 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:
warranty period - the period during which the manufacturer (seller, performer or any third party) undertakes to carry out free repairs or replacement of the relevant products in connection with their introduction into circulation;
service life - the calendar period of use of the product for its intended purpose, starting from introduction into circulation or after repair, during which the manufacturer (performer) guarantees its safety and bears responsibility for significant deficiencies arising through his fault;
THE SERVICE DURATION IS EQUAL TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
If defects are detected during the established warranty period, the manufacturer is guided in accordance with Section II, Article 8 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
